License keys are device-specific to ensure security and prevent unauthorized sharing. Each key can only be active on one device at a time.

Transfer Process

Prepare Information

Before contacting support, gather the following details:

  • Your license key
  • The email address you used to purchase the license initially (If ordered through an enterprise account, please provide the company name)
  • Reason for transfer

Contact Support

Send an email to support@withnutshell.com with your transfer request.

Verification

Our support team will verify your request and ownership of the license.

License Reset

Once approved, we’ll reset your license key, freeing it for use on your new device.

Activation

You can now activate Nutshell on your new device using the same license key.
