# Cancel subscription

Customers can cancel their ongoing Tails (Formely Nutshell) subscriptions by following these steps:

1. Navigate to the [Tails Stripe page](https://billing.stripe.com/p/login/aEU3fz1rK8xke9G8ww).
2. Enter the email that you used to purchase your Tails license. Stripe will send you an email with a link to login to your account and manage your subscriptions.
3. Find the Tails subscription you wish to cancel and click **‘Cancel subscription’**.
